Who We Are- the Staff
Tom Orbacz
Current Head Coach of the Northern Highlands Boys Soccer Program, taking over in 2019. In his second year at the helm of the Highlands program, Coach Orbacz was Honored the Big North Freedom Division Coach of the Year, the team won their respected League title, and Highlands was crowned as State Sectional Champions of the Northeast Group 3A. Orbacz's whole life has revolved around the beautiful game of soccer. He played at the collegiate and semi-professional levels, graduating from Iona College with a BA in Finance and a MBA in Business Management. Orbacz has been coaching the game since he was playing collegiately and has over 15 years of developing and training youth players. Coach Orbacz has coached at all levels, from U-9 to the collegiate level. He is a firm believer in hard work getting rewarded, but understands that youth players need to have fun with the game in order to develop. Coach Orbacz currently holds a USSF C License, and holds Levels I, II, and III Goalkeeping certificates with United Soccer Coaches.
Ray Hasan
Ray is currently the Northern Highlands Boys Soccer Junior Varsity Coach. His soccer roots stem from Long Island, NY where he was born and raised. Ray played at the collegiate and semi-professional levels. His love for the beautiful game is undeniable, and his strength is his passion for the personal development of young athletes. He currently holds a USSF C License.

Under the direction from the Northern Highlands Coaching staff, the Highlands boys soccer players will help assist in your child's development with the beautiful game of soccer.
Collegiate Players
Successful former and current collegiate players that have outstanding player profiles and who have played for Coach Orbacz will be on site to assist with your child's development.
